Selling is “offering solutions to the prospect’s/clients needs”. The correct solution can only be determined by understanding the client’s needs (requirement) before they will sell or buy a property. Being able to distinguish between a need and a want can be difficult. If a need is not satisfied, it will be a deal killer.
